- How do I shop?
2.1. Course, individual session or voucher
Choose your desired course, event or voucher.
You may be referred to the calendar to select a possible date when it will take place.
An important condition for a successful purchase is the MANDATORY registration of the course participant or voucher buyer, with 2 names, a contact telephone number and e-mail required.
The customer (buyer) receives a confirmation of the course / voucher enrolment or payment on the e-mail provided.
If the customer wishes, an invoice is issued with the details he/she has provided.
2.2. Subscription
You select the product you want and the BUY button.
It redirects you to a page visualizing the product selection, price, amount and payment type you can choose.
Automatic renewal of subscriptions is turned off by default.

By logging in you should click on "Subscriptions" and from there on the "View" button.
You can see information and options for that subscription.
Automatic subscription renewal is denoted in green. Disable by clicking the same button. When auto-renewal is off, the button is grayed out.
You have other options in this menu - to change the payment method, to cancel your subscription completely, or to renew it immediately.
When selected items are available, a list of them is displayed on the 'Basket' page with the following data:

If you wish to purchase more than one of a given item, in the current order, change the number in the text field of the 'Quantity' column and UPDATE THE CART accordingly. If you wish to delete an item included in your order click the 'DELETE' or 'X' button opposite the selected item.
Once you have viewed your selected items and wish to order them you need to confirm your order by clicking the 'COMPLETE ORDER' button.
Identification. You can save the entered data for a subsequent order with your own password. If you would like to receive an invoice for your purchase, tick the "INVOICE ISSUANCE" box and fill in the details in the relevant fields. If the product is shipping you want a different shipping address than the billing address, add it in the appropriate field.

Choice of payment method
After the identification, you are taken to a page with information about the payment and delivery methods supported by epay world. You have to choose the way you will pay - bank payment, epay customer, online card payment, payment at checkout. For online payments you will be redirected to the page for that payment.
Receiving the ordered items
After sending a purchase order for the selected items, it is processed by the online store administrator. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and or/payment within a few minutes. If your order requires payment in advance, you should make the payment. The items will be provided and shipped to you upon receipt of your payment confirmation.
For courses, event participation, video tutorials, workshops and webinars you will receive a confirmation email with a link or instructions to access the selected training or event after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping
Delivery of art materials and products is the responsibility of the purchaser. The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer or to the office of the courier company Speedy (reference - regular rates of the courier company for shipments here). here).
According to the current tariff for the territory of Bulgaria of the courier company based on the weight of the shipment, the amount due COD and the type of service: to the office of Speedy or the address of the customer.
Delivery time: up to 2 working days after the date of order generation, subject to stock availability. For locations that are served by scheduled courier, the deadline is according to the respective schedule.

- Payment
All quoted prices are final, in Bulgarian leva.

For art materials and products with delivery, payment is made in cash only and cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made at the time of receipt directly to the courier who delivers the parcel. Shipments with a cash on delivery payment method are sent by Postal Money Order (PMO) service. The receipt for the PPP issued by the courier company is equivalent to a receipt. When an invoice is issued, the PPP receipt is attached to the invoice.
The following options require payment in advance. Upon receipt of the order amount, you will receive confirmation of payment and access to events and services. If you would like an invoice to be issued, the details of the company you would like the invoice to be issued for must be written in the comments.
Payment in cash
You have the option of making a cash payment at the Izipay cash desk (ePay) with the instructions received by email from the order you made (payment by PIN and order number). You will receive a receipt from EasyPay for the payment made, which is a legally recognized document by Ordinance No. H - 18 of 2006, Article 3 for "Registration and accounting of sales made" and replaces the receipt.
Through the payment system
When you use the payment system you can pay with your debit or credit card online, no matter where you are.

The customer is required to keep proof of payment as well as a history of their order for future reference.
If the client does not receive a confirmation email of a successfully purchased or enrolled course, voucher or art material - they should contact me for clarification and successful completion of the purchase.
- Returns and refunds
Each online course after payment is previewed in "Your Profile". If the course is attended you will receive a confirmation email from BHeart.
Cancellation of an online course can be made within 3 days of gaining access to a course.
Cancellation of an in-person course may be made in writing to info@bheart.space no later than 8 days prior to the course start time, attaching proof of payment, course date and IBAN for refund. The amount can only be refunded to the person who paid for the course. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation email has been received and there is a counter confirmation of the timeframe and amount to be refunded to their account.
A course replacement is possible for the same amount or with a surcharge. In case of a replacement of a course at a lower value - the difference is not refundable. Transfer to another date of the same course is possible within 4 months - free of charge if such course is available or with 10% surcharge for change to another course. No voucher cancellation will be accepted and no refund will be given.
If BHeart is unable to provide the goods and services, it must notify its customers and refund their accounts or provide the option to exchange to another date or course.
